Ops Agent

Monitor directory health, moderate content, and automate maintenance routines.

Overview

The Ops agent keeps your directory running smoothly after launch. It monitors for broken links, stale listings, spam submissions, and performance issues.

Ops uses the Wrench icon in violet (#8b5cf6) and organizes its work across five canvas tabs: Inbox, Health, Moderation, Routines, and Logs.

What It Does

Health Monitoring

Continuous checks on uptime, page load times, broken links, SSL certificate expiry, and database performance. A status board gives you an at-a-glance view of directory health.

Content Moderation

The Moderation tab queues new submissions for review. Ops applies automated rules to flag spam, inappropriate content, and duplicate listings.

Maintenance Routines

The Routines tab manages scheduled tasks like re-crawling listing URLs, refreshing enrichment data, generating sitemap updates, and sending digest emails.

When to Use It

Use Ops from day one. Configure health checks and moderation rules early, then expand routines as your directory grows.
